CHHA- full to part-time hours
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to work part to full-time in our Home Health, Hospice and Help at Home Programs. Must be Kanasas certified CHHA or CNA (enrolled in CHHA course to be completed within 90 days). Previous experience in home health, hospice or a health care facility preferred. CHHA is responsible for providing competent aide services to patient/clients with a chronic or terminal illness.
LMSW- full to part-time hours
LMSW needed part to full-time for growing Hospice program. This position includes evening/weekend call rotation. The Hospice Social Worker (SW) provides information to terminally ill patient/clients on advance directives, referrals for case management, assistance with end of life issues, access to comunity resources, crises intervention, and grief counseling. The SW will provide support to families/caregivers of Hospice patient/clients and is an active participant of the inter-disciplinary group. Qualifications: Masters in Social Work with current Kansas license. Previous hospice or home health experience a plus.
RN- part-time and weekend hours
Growing home health/hospice agency has RN positions available for part-time and/or weekend hours. Weekend Nurses needed to work one or more weekends a month for growing home health/hospice agency. Work closely with patients and other health care professionals to assess and manage a variety of health problems and end of life care. Must possess high level of technical and interpersonal skills. One year of nursing experience preferred; home health and/or hospice experience preferred.
