Quality/Compliance Manager - full-time hours
The Quality/Compliance Manager is responsible for the Quality Improvement (QI) and Compliance Programs. Major accountabilities include QI and compliance planning, implementation and evaluation. The Quality/Compliance Manager is responsible for the development and promotion of staff education with a focus on improved outcomes of care and compliance with all laws and regulations related to VNA operations. The Quality/Compliance Manager serves as the resource and consultant in QI and compliance. Requirements for position: Bachelor’s degree in clinical background required. Must be in good standing and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements. Minimum of three years’ experience in public health, home health or health administration and progressive leadership/management responsibility in health care. Must possess teaching skills, have knowledge of federal and state certification standards applicable to agency and experience with supervision and management of staff. Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice quality and compliance is preferred.
