Hospice Registered Nurse - weekend hours
Weekend position open for Registered Nurse in our Hospice program. Work one-on-one with patients and their families and with the Hospice care team. Work with the attending physician to provide a plan of care to help manage pain and physical symptoms while providing needed medications, supplies and equipment. Improve quality of life through dignity and compassion by helping patients at the end of their lives. Qualified applicants should be organized, a self-starter and enjoy flexibility and creativity in their day. EEOE

Hospice Team Manager - full-time hours
The Hospice Manager is a member of the Interdisciplinary Group and provides clinical coordination and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care and quality of service for the Hospice program in a fiscally responsible manner.  The Hospice Manager represents the Hospice program on the Management Team and contributes to the agency through committee participation and community outreach.  Qualifications include:  Advanced degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree with suitable operational experience in good standing and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements and five years’ clinical experience with a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or lead clinical role.  Prior hospice experience preferred.

PPE equipment is provided to employees as required for the position per CDC & OSHA guidelines. All staff are required to wear masks in the office except when in their office/work station. VNA is subject to the CMS vaccination mandate.

Visiting Nurses requires a criminal background check and motor vehicle (MVR) check for all employees once a conditional offer of employment has been extended by the hiring manager. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for all positions. Mileage paid in addition to wage.
