Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) - full and part-time hours available
Do you like working independently and having flexibility in your job? Would you like to work with patients in their homes? Join our team for all this and more. The CHHA/CNA is responsible for providing competent aide services to patient/clients with a chronic illness. Care is provided in accordance with the policies of the agency and the nursing plan of care for the patient/client and the manager. CHHAs provide personal care as outlined on the plan of care, assist families to maintain their normal and usual activities of life during a critical period of time, assist in re-establishing activities of daily living encouraging as much independence as possible, observe for incidental needs of the patient/client, maintain charting and records as required by the agency and federal and state regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or completion of GED - Certified Home Health Aide in good standing or Certified Nurses Aide in training with required state examination passed within four months from date of hire.

Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) - evening hours available
Would you like to work evenings, caring for individuals in their homes? We want you to work for us in our Certified Nurses Aide position. You would be responsible for providing personal care services to patient/clients in accordance with the orders of the attending physician, the policies of the agency and the plan of care of the patient/client. Qualifications: Must be a CNA (Certified Nurses Aide) in the State of Kansas. Working knowledge of EMRs and Microsoft Outlook a plus.

Registered Nurse - Sign-On Bonus! - full-time, part-time, and weekends
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for traveling to a patient/client's place of residence to provide skilled nursing care. The RN is responsible for maintenance and accuracy of electronic medical records, supervision of support staff and coordination of care with other team members. The RN will provide services within the scope of Federal and State regulations, licensure, policies and procedures of the agency.
