The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care and case management of patient/clients in accordance with the orders of the patient/client’s physician. The RN is responsible for maintenance and accuracy of medical records. The RN is responsible for supervision of support staff as applies to each case. The RN is responsible for coordination of care with other team members. The RN will provide services according to established policies and within the scope of Federal and State regulations, licensure, policies and procedures of the agency and within the scope of the RN job description.
Must be Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Kansas. Must be in good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements.

Licensed Practical Nurse - Sign-On Bonus! - full-time
Join a team of health care professionals to give direct nursing care to patients! Part or full-time LPN positions available. Our LPNs provide skilled nursing care and incidental tasks essential to the patient's care at home. Coordinate services with patients, families and caregivers as well as other members of the home health or hospice team. Provide blood pressure clinics at designated facilities. Work for an agency with over 50 years of service in our community. Must have active Kansas LPN license. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
