When staff comments describing VNA's 2025 Marceil Lauppe Employee of the Year were read (without revealing her name) no one was surprised to hear Nonie Johns’ name announced at the end, except for Nonie that is. It was a lovely moment that showcased how much the award meant to her and how happy her colleagues were for her to receive the honor.

She will lend a helping hand or share her well-timed sense of humor. She consistently strengthens the spirit of teamwork and community.”
