Mark A. Wiles, MD joins VNA as Hospice Medical Director with over 20 years of hospice and palliative medicine experience. Residing in Lawrence, he is a graduate of The University of Kansas School of Medicine and Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency Program.
He is board certified in Family Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and Addiction Medicine with a history of extensive work as a hospice and palliative medicine specialist throughout the full continuum of care.
Serving as a hospice medical director in Salina, Omaha, Topeka, and Kansas City metropolitan areas, Dr. Wiles has grown and developed teams, including those at multiple PACE sites, inpatient/outpatient palliative care settings, skilled nursing facilities, correctional institutions, and large healthcare systems.
