Certified Nurses Aide- evening hours
Certified Nurses Aide needed to work evening hours. Will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients/clients in accordance with orders of the attending physician, the policies of the agency and the plan of care of the patient/client. Candidates must be Certified Nurses Aide in the state of Kansas.
Certified Home Health Aide/Certified Nurses Aide- full or part-time hours
The CHHA/CNA is responsible for providing competent aide services to patient/clients with a chronic illness. Care is provided in accordance with the policies of the agency and the nursing plan of care for the patient/client and the manager. Graduation from high school or completion of GED preferred. Must be Certified Home Health Aide in good standing or Certified Nurses Aide in training with required CHHA state examination passed within four months from date of hire. Previous experience in home health, hospice or health care facility preferred.
Physical Therapist- full or part-time hours
Full or part-time Physical Therapist needed for busy home health agency. Flexible weekday scheduling with weekend call rotation. Work with patients one-on-one in their homes, in coordination with a team of other health care professionals to meet patient care needs. Must be in good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements. One year's experience preferred.
