CNA- evening hours
Certified Nurses Aide needed to work evening hours. Will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients/clients in accordance with orders of the attending physician, the policies of the agency and the plan of care of the patient/client. Candidates must be Certified Nurses Aide in the state of Kansas.
Physical Therapist- part-time hours
Part-time Physical Therapist needed for busy home health agency. Flexible weekday scheduling with weekend call rotation. Work with patients one-on-one in their homes, in coordination with a team of other health care professionals to meet patient care needs. Must be in good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements.
RN- evening hours
Registered nurse needed for evening shift (3:00 - 11:00 pm). Work closely with patients & other health professionals to assess and manage a variety of health problems. Must possess high level of technical and interpersonal skills. One year nursing experience required; home health experience preferred.
