Certified Nurses Aide- part or full-time hours
Certified Nurses Aides needed to work daytime hours in our Help at Home program. Part to Full-Time hours available. Aides provide a variety of services to patients including personal care and incidental tasks that are essential to the patient's health. Must be certified as a CNA in the State of Kansas. Previous experience as an aide preferred.

Hospice RN- full-time hours
Full-time position open for Registered Nurse in our Hospice program. Work one-on-one with patients and their families and with the Hospice care team. Work with the attending physician to provide a plan of care to help manage pain and physical symptoms while providing needed medications, supplies and equipment. Improve quality of life through dignity and compassion by helping patients at the end of their lives. Qualified applicants should be organized, a self-starter and enjoy flexibility and creativity in their day. 

  • assess and evaluate the total needs of the patient
  • provide direct care to patients in their home
  • provide support and teaching of care to patient, family or other caregivers
  • conduct comprehensive physical and environmental assessments
  • develop individualized nursing care plan
  • coordinate discharge planning with patient, physician, family and caregivers
  • coordinate care with physician and other agency staff
  • participate in on-call rotation

LPN- part or full-time hours
Part to full-time LPN needed to work in Home Health. Work as a member of a home health team to give direct nursing care to patients. LPN will provide skilled nursing care including: personal care, administration of oral medication, injections, blood draws and incidental tasks essential to the patient/client's health care at home to prevent or postpone insitutionalization, assist families to maintain their normal and usual activites of life, and assist patient/client in learning appropriate self-care techniques to maintain as much independence as possible. Must be licensed LPN in State of Kansas. One year of experience preferred.

Registered Nurses- full or part-time hours
Registered Nurses, want to work one-on-one with patients and with other health care providers for a team approach? We are looking for great staff interested in working part or full-time hours. Qualified applicants should be organized, a self-starter and enjoy flexibility and creativity in their day.

Visiting Nurses requires a criminal background check and motor vehicle (MVR) check for all employees once a conditional offer of employment has been extended by the hiring manager. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for all positions. Mileage paid in addition to wage.
