Home Health Opportunities
VNA is hiring a full-time Home Health Team Manager for our nursing staff. The Home Health Team Manager provides clinical coordination consultation to ensure appropriate care and quality of service and confers with all disciplines and ancillary services to provide quality care to patients. QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree with suitable operational experience or other clinical health care professional with suitable operational experience, in good standing and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements , five years’ clinical experience with a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or lead clinical role. Home health experience preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team of caring professionals. The Speech Pathologist will provide care to patients in their homes under the orders of the patient’s physician in coordination with other team members. Experience: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements, current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire, basic level knowledge of EMR (electronic medical records) and email functions.

Hospice Opportunities
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for our Hospice program. Be part of an interdisciplinary team of caring individuals providing care to patients in their homes during their last stages of life. Must be Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements, Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire and basic level knowledge of EMR (electronical medical records) and email functions. Prior hospice experience a plus.

Administrative Opportunities
As the Chief Executive Officer at Visiting Nurses, you will lead our organization in fulfilling its mission to provide exceptional home care services. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure financial sustainability while maintaining our commitment to patient-centered care. The CEO understands financial fundamentals and metrics of the business. Starting salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Oversees all day-to-day operations of the agency.
Ensures that the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager who provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel is available during operating hours.
Recommend new programs and processes to enhance and improve operations.
Develop annual budgets and monitors revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints, including analysis of monthly financials.
Assess market potential and develops annual agency business plans.
Coordinate activities with management team and participates in community/professional organizations to increase agency visibility and ensure the achievement of agency and financial goals.
Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs/requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with suitable operational experience required. Advanced degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Social Work, or Health Services Administration preferred.
In good standing with discipline specific licensing/certification agency and able to meet all federal and state licensure requirements.
Minimum of five years’ experience in public health, home health or health administration and progressive leadership/management responsibility in health care.
Basic level knowledge of EMR (electronic medical records), Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience and knowledge of health care regulations preferred.
Experience in public health, home health or health administration; and a minimum of five years of progressive leadership/management responsibility in health care.
Experience with supervision and management of staff.

Volunteer with Visiting Nurses: Make a Difference in the Lives of Others
At Visiting Nurses, hospice volunteers play a vital role in providing comfort, companionship, and support to our patients and their families. Volunteers are integral members of our hospice team, and we greatly value the time, care, and skills they contribute. Whether you can commit once a week or once a month, there are numerous opportunities to volunteer based on your availability and interests.
Hospice Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer directly with patients and families, offering companionship and respite care to caregivers. Assignments are flexible and typically last a couple of hours once a week, based on your schedule. No prior medical knowledge is required.
We seek retired veterans, active military members, and ROTC participants to offer companionship to our veteran patients. Volunteers can visit once a week to once a month, offering friendly visits, caregiver respite, or assistance with honoring veterans during service ceremonies or on specific holidays.
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, mailings, and event support. Help is needed approximately 2 times per month, with a flexible schedule.
