Who Pays for Home Health Care?

Our Comprehensive Home Health Services:
Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nurses provide specialized care, including wound care, infusion therapy, pain management, diabetic and respiratory care, as well as medication management. Nurses educate both patients and families on chronic disease management and symptom control.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists work with patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility. They create personalized exercise plans to help individuals regain functional abilities and manage pain, focusing on safe mobility and improving quality of life.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists help patients regain independence in daily living and working environments. They support those with mental, physical, developmental, or emotional challenges, working to improve motor skills and find strategies to adapt to permanent disabilities.
Speech Therapy

Respiritory Therapy
Respiratory therapists care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders such as COPD, asthma, emphysema, and pneumonia. They offer comprehensive management and treatment to improve breathing and overall lung health.
PT/INR Monitoring
Home Health nurses provide in-home PT/INR monitoring for patients with clotting disorders who are on anticoagulation medication. This service ensures immediate results, allowing for swift communication with your healthcare provider to prevent cardiovascular complications.
Medical Social Workers
Our social workers offer emotional support, counseling, and help with financial matters, ensuring that you and your family have the resources and assistance needed during recovery.
Home Health Aides (HHAs)
Trained and certified health care workers, HHAs assist with personal care tasks, monitor patients’ conditions, and help ensure safety and comfort at home.
Dietitians

Home Safety Evaluation: Ensuring a Safe and Independent Home for Seniors
As we age, the risk of falling becomes a significant concern. According to the National Council on Aging, falls are the leading cause of fatal and nonfatal injuries for older adults. The good news is that falls are largely preventable, and a Home Safety Evaluation from Visiting Nurses can help you make the necessary adjustments to reduce these risks.
